I’m a Seoul-based full-time professional and individual investor with 5 years of active experience in the Korean stock market. My approach centers on value investing combined with medium-term swing trading, with a strong preference for diversified portfolios across multiple sectors.

In 2025, my personal investment account delivered a 72.9% return, significantly outperforming the KOSPI benchmark. This track record reflects years of studying Korean corporate fundamentals, following domestic brokerage research, and monitoring the macro forces that drive Korea’s tech-heavy market.

I started KStocks because I noticed a gap: world-class Korean companies like Samsung, SK Hynix, NAVER, and Kakao are deeply covered in Korean — but English-language analysis is often shallow, delayed, or missing entirely. My goal is to bring the Korean investor’s perspective directly to a global audience, in English.
